“How long will it take for me to receive my portrait?”

This depends on how busy I am and where you live, but you will be given a definite shipping date with your enquiry.

 

“Will you frame my portrait?”

Yes, I do offer a framing service, although this will add significantly to the price. Alternatively, you may wish to take your portrait for framing yourself.

 

“Will my picture be the real thing?”

You can be sure that what you are receiving is a genuine piece of hand-drawn art-work.

 

"How can I be certain that I will like my picture?"

I will send you a scan of your completed portrait for your approval. You do not need to pay anything prior to approving your portrait.

 

“Won’t my picture get smudged or damaged in the post?”

All portraits are securely packaged and sprayed with fixative. Items will be sent via special delivery.

 

“What kind of photo do you need?”

Digital pictures sent by email are preferred and will also reduce delivery time. The photo should have some contrasting lights and darks and can be black and white or colour. If you prefer, you can send a few pictures and I will choose the best one to work from. Any hard-copies will be returned with your purchase.
